Good habits for day to day life

01. Drink water in the morning

Try to drink a glass of water in the morning to boost your overall health.


02. Walk outdoors or do a physical activities

Do at least 2.5 hours of active moment per week good for adults. 


03. Eat more vegetables and fruits daily

Vegetables and fruits have lots of vitamins and minerals that can help you physically and mentally. 


04. Get enough sleep

Lack of sleep may increase the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. Adults should sleep at least 6 hours per night. 


05. Stop using digital screen 1 hour before sleeping



06. Read something

Reading has benefits to both your physical and mental health. 


07. Keep daily goals



08. Get a healthy breakfast

First meal of the day is most important to productive day. 


09. Manage your time

We can save time from it. We can spend that time with our loved one.
